The Mission:
To support the mission of the Commander by identifying and addressing health trends and health needs within the
Fort Carson enrolled population, and to ultimately have the healthiest installation in the Army.  Healthier Soldiers and
Families mean a more effective fighting force.
MEDCOM Targets:

1.  Asthma:  Compliance with controller medication

2.  Colo-rectal cancer screening rate

3.  Diabetes:  Annual A1C, A1C<9, LDL<100

4.  Mammography rate

5.  Pap smear rate

6.  Pneumonia vaccine rate
