Supplemental Health Care
 RMC has Approval authority for ADSM for covered benefits, continuity of care.  Referral Specialists coordinate approval/disapproval for out of area care, non-covered medical care, and emergency care.  RMC prepares information
packets for DCCS Active Duty appeal process.  RMC approves or disapproves payment for Active Duty care received
without DCCS approval.

TRICARE Plus
RMC coordinates TRICARE Plus specialty care with clinics per clinic capability reports.  RMC provides contact information
for specified specialty with copy of consult to patient via a letter.  RMC receives and retrieves consult reports and close
the consult in CHCS.
