The
Patient Administration Division (PAD) is committed to supporting the
needs of Evans Army Community Hospital's beneficiaries. PAD is
responsible for maintaining your inpatient and outpatient medical
records according to DoD and federal regulations and will provide
you with copies of your medical documentation upon request.
Other functions of PAD include:
Admissions and Dispositions, Patient Movement Coordination, Birth
Certificates, Transcription, Coding, Billing, Collections, and the Hospital Treasury. Please contact the
