  Patient Administration Division  
  Admissions Office   The Patient Administration Division (PAD) is committed to supporting the needs of Evans Army Community Hospital's beneficiaries.  PAD is responsible for maintaining your inpatient and outpatient medical records according to DoD and federal regulations and will provide you with copies of your medical documentation upon request.  Other functions of PAD include:  Admissions and Dispositions, Patient Movement Coordination, Birth Certificates, Transcription, Coding, Billing, Collections, and the Hospital Treasury.  Please contact the appropriate staff member listed in the Staff Directory if you need further information not found on this website.  Suggestions or improvements to this website or on how we may better serve you are always welcome.
