Admissions Office- Monday through Sunday: 24 hours a day!! The Admissions and Dispositions (A&D) section is located near the new Soldier Family Care Clinic (SFCC) addition. The A&D office in located in between the Laboratory and Radiology Departments on the 1st floor of the hospital. All admissions, pre-admissions and discharge actions are conducted in this section. During the pre-admissions process, you will be provided with information on obtaining an Advanced Directive if you don’t already have one. These can be obtained through the Legal Office and if you have one prepared, you should bring it with you at the time of pre-admission. For any questions related to the admissions process, the admissions clerk can be reached at (719) 526-7287. |
