Self-Care Program

Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) provides Soldiers, their Family Members, and Tricare Beneficiaries access to over-the-counter (OTC) medications.  For a list of available medications, click HERE.

 

 

Required: Self-Care Card

To obtain a Self-Care Card, attendance to a class is required.  Self-Care classes are held every third Wednesday of the month in the Cochrane Hall, on the hospital's second floor, from 1:00 - 2:00 PM.

 

 

After obtaining your Self-Care Card, present your Self-Care Card along with the Self-Care Medication Request Self-Care Medication Request at ANY Fort Carson pharmacy to include the Premier Army Health Clinic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Limited to ONLY four medications per family per month.
