HIV Testing HIV testing for Army personnel and other healthcare beneficiaries is performed under a Department of Army contract. All testing and reporting is performed in accordance with Army Regulation 600-110. Reporting time for negative results takes approximately three (4) business days after receiveing the specimen. For positive cases, additional confirmatory testing is required, but results are usually back within 7 business days. Click on one of the links below for more information about HIV.
