Outpatients requiring specimen collection may come to the laboratory between 0700-1630 Monday through Friday. 

WTU Soldiers, Active duty personnel in uniform and hospital staff on duty have priority for collection of their specimens (Note -this does not apply to family members accompanied by the servicemember or hospital staff).  

The lab does not draw STAT/ASAP specimens - this is a clinic or ward responsibility.  

The goal of the laboratory is to service 90% of the patients within 15 minutes.  Average waiting time in the lab is 11.8 minutes.
