Directions
The Pain Clinic is located on the second floor of the main Hospital. Patients should park in the “A” parking lot (purple signs) just west of the Main Hospital; enter the main west entrance and go up the staircase adjacent to the pharmacy or take the elevators on the left to the second floor. We are located between the Urology Clinic, and the Warrior Family Medicine Cline.


About
The Pain Clinic delivers patient-centered health care to Active Duty Soldiers. The Pain Clinic offers a multidisciplinary approach for those with chronic pain issues. We have two pain management providers that are dedicated to providing each patient with a pain plan to fit their individual needs. This care may be procedures that are done here in the clinic, physical therapy, medications or behavioral health to name a few. There is a full time Clinical Pharmacist and Psychologist that works here within the clinic to meet the needs of the patient. There is a Functional Restoration Program to help patients experience multiple adjuncts to help them cope with their chronic pain issues.
